  • How can I cancel/change a class if I am within your cancellation policy?

    1) Sign into your on-line account and click on “My Classes”  

    2) Find the class you are canceling and click "Change”   

    3) Click on the box in front of the registered name.

    4) Click on the appropriated choice

    When you finish, your account will show an account credit. Refunds are given only as class credit. For your next purchase, the shopping cart will NOT automatically apply the credit and deduct the cost of your purchase from your account credit before it charges your credit card. YOU MUST CLICK ON THE BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAGE “APPLY ACCOUNT CREDIT”.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on-line ?
    Online payment via credit card is secure, fast, easy and will guarantee that your registration is processed immediately.
    We are using a certtiifcate : 128-bit SSL encryption.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    Our online system allows us to accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

  • Can I bring my own alcohol?

    No. We are bound by the law to follow responsible alcohol service and consumption regulations.

  • Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

    Yes! Buying tickets in advance will secure your reservation. It is not uncommon for our classes to sell out and this is the only way to securely reserve your seats. In some cases we have tickets available at the door, when this happens we post that tickets are available at the door in our Facebook event, or you can call 541-951-9026 for more information.

  • What is the minimum age requirement for Sip & Paint parties?

    We welcome attendees 18+ years and older, however no alcohol will be served to minors. We I.D., so please bring proper legal identification. If you have a member of your party that is less than 18 and you would like them to attend please call 541-951-9026.

  • What are the prices and minimum attendance requirements for private parties?

  • Do I need any experience to paint?

    No. All of our projects are beginner/no experience necessary friendly. If a more challenging project is on our calendar it will be noted as such, otherwise all projects are open to any experience level.

  • Do you only offer painting classes?

    No. We are a mixed media art school. We offer painting, ceramics, paper crafts, drawing, watercolor, mixed media projects, art journaling and more.

  • What ages do you offer classes for?

    Most of our classes are designed for ages 5+ or Kindergarden through adult and each class notes the age minimum if appropriate. We do also offer clases for pre-k on occasion or by request. Contact kim@art4joycp.com for more details.
